V- POSSIBLE CAUSES FOR DELAYS

A possible scenario:

You type in your order ID in store.mandriva.com to get order status information. A message appears, stating that « this number does not exist ».

There are three possible cases (provided you actually typed in the right number, for exemple 123456-EU).

Note : We remind you that only 6-digit numbers ending in -EU, -WORLD, -CAN or -USA will be accepted by our order system.


1- You paid using a credit card

In this case, please contact Mandriva Store Customer Care by clicking on the link below:

2- You paid using a cheque

In this case, it is quite likely that we have not yet received your cheque. We can't validate your order until your check is received. Please wait a few more days before sending us a message. 3- You paid through a bank transfert
